| Working on orders means that they are in the shop being worked on and are at various stages of building. Usually a group of orders take about 5-9 days to cycle through the shop before shipping. We work from 7am to 7pm 6days a week (mon-sat) any emergency orders are worked on Sunday our only day off... |

| Every-one of our products is hand-crafted by skilled leathersmiths who pride themselves on high quality leather work. Some of our products are easier to make than others. Therefore, delivery times are affected by our hand-crafting methods and attention to detail and finishing the final product. The methods we use to create leather holsters, belts and accessories can not be done with mass production and are labor intensive but worth the wait for a quality superior product. |

| We do our best to meet the time frame we quoted you at the time you made your order. This is not a guarantee; we cannot give you an exact date. It's a good estimate of time based on how many current orders we have at the moment. Most of our holsters are custom made. We have no control when it comes to the amount of orders ahead of your order; that is why we give an approximate shipping time but no guarantee. It's just a good, working estimate. |

We know most of our customers are patient knowing that the wait is worth it. Once your order ships it goes out 2 day priority mail. In stock items ship the next working day, you will have been notified via email or phone upon placing order if your item was in stock or not. |

It is not possible for us to stock everything we sell. We currently manufacture over 40 different styles of holsters, belts, and pouches, not to mention custom western gunleather, in our line of products. With different color choices and left and right variations for over two hundred semi autos and revolvers which means we would need to have over 50,000 items in stock just to have ONE EXAMPLE of each; That would be ridiculous. Please help us get to your order quicker by being patient and understanding the nature of the process to produce a quality, fitted leather piece that will last for years to come. |

The only reason you would not get an order confirmation email is because you typed your email address in wrong. Double check it. Also email spam blocking software that may block our legitimate status updates through email are a common problem. The best indicator of status on your order is when it's almost ready to ship. You will be emailed a few weeks prior to your order being done and then emailed again just days before your order ships. Please feel free to check back here often to view your order status. |

Our goal is to provide you with great service and an extraordinary product in a reasonable time frame, without sacrificing quality craftsmanship. We want to get your holster to you as fast as possible, but remember, these holsters are not mass produced, most orders are not in stock. They are custom made, one at a time.... The right way! |

If you need to change something in the order or think something is wrong then PLEASE Call or email ASAP . We know you are anxious to get your leather item; please be patient and we won't disappoint you. We can't rush the process and there are orders ahead of yours. Most custom holster makers are backed up over 4-18 months, which is normal for a custom product involving labor intensive craftsmanship with almost endless combinations of products. |
